Happy Monday loves! I’m sorry for the absence, I kinda took the last few days to relax and sloth it up while the boyfriend was away for work. Many tub journeys were had, I can tell y’all that. But he’s back, and my heart is full. Ready to get back into our normal routine, y’know? I’m back to start the week off with some gorgeous summery, springy, pastely neons!

A few weeks ago, I shared the first Spring trio from JulieG, so now we’ll go ahead and take a look at the second one. These colors are actually quite friggen pretty. I’m a broken record, I know, but cremes aren’t my thing. Usually. These are slowly helping to change my mind (well, these and our beloved indies).

First up is Santorini, a gorgeous sky blue with very very subtle shimmer. I love the color of this one, my goodness. It’s delicate, fresh, and uplifting. The formula was a little tricky on this one. I don’t think it was the shimmer because pastels and neons can throw hissy fits. My photos show three coats plus top coat – it kinda became overworked really easily. You can see it on my ring finger. It went on somewhat thin, and dried quickly so I had issues with it pulling, if that makes sense at all. Honestly, though, I will definitely be wearing this one time and time again. It’s just too pretty to cast aside because of a slightly wonky formula.

Rio De Janeiro, a light, almost-mulberry creme. Ugh, this one is gorgeous! It was nearly opaque in one coat, but I added a second to even everything out. I had absolutely no issues with the formula, either!

Julie’s Fave, which is a muted neon coral creme and it is to. die. for. It was a one-coater on me, I don’t know how. BUT IT WAS. Magic, no lie. The more that I look at my photos, it seems to look almost more like a bubblegum shade. I don’t know. Color theory ain’t my thing. IT PURDY.

The three trios are available now here for $10 each (plus shipping). Be sure to snag them before May 31st!
