I’m baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! Two posts in less than a week? AW YISS making habits. And stuff. Or actually just trying to be good at this blogging thing. Anywho. I’ve got another CNC goody to share today and I couldn’t be more excited. It’s got to be one of my absolute favorites from Emily so far.
This polish, as classy as it looks, is inspired by one of the sassiest shows ever, Shin Chan. Emily from Carpe Noctem Cosmetics has a fantastic sense of humor. If you’re friends with her on Facebook, you’ll see the hilarious things she shares. From King of the Hill/Studio Ghibli crossovers to tiny crocheted potatoes, it’s great. After getting to know her over the last year, it’s no surprise that she’d make a STUNNING polish based on this tiny, chaotic human:
Ready for pictures? DAMN RIGHT YOU ARE!
This is Pants! Put On Some Damn Pants! in all its glory. My photos show three thin coats plus top coat. I could have gotten away with two, but because I have super dark nail lines underneath, I wanted to make sure they were hidden, so I added an extra coat.
It’s just so… perfect. I don’t know what else to say about it other than it’s perfection in a bottle. The holo is so strong that it shows all the time, but it’s not overpowering. And those flakies? Don’t even get me started.
I want to bathe in this. Just dip me right on in and then coat everything I own. It’s safe for work, but still so classy and sexy that I want to wear it all the time.
See? Even the polish gods approve of it. HNNNNNNNNNG. (Please pardon my toes and the background. I was too damn excited to give a proper damn.)
This one also released this last week and is available now, here, and you want it. I know you do. You know you do. So, why exactly are you still here?
Velashaa out! <3
(also sent for review, but I hope that it’s obvious that my opinions are my own!)
