Hey y’all! I’m sorry for the silence lately. I learned that my pup from a previous relationship passed away a few days ago, and things have been a mess in my brain trying to wrap my head around it. I’m still here, though, and I’m okay, if a little bummed. I just tried to relax and sleep as much as I could before the new job starts (which is tomorrow! !!!!!). I’m currently searching for lunch recipes that require no heat and no fridge and trying to keep warm while Mark works.

While I do that, I’ve got a HUGE and beautiful collection to share. You’re going to love it, seriously. Issa over at Starlight Polish has been a busy bee when it comes to the Mythological collection – she’s added 12 new polishes to the core lineup, and they’re all absolutely magical. The Mythological Gems are based on (surprise!) gemstones found in the world – Dravite, Garnet, and Kyanite.

Now, because these are all shifty pigments in jelly bases, I want to lay a bit of info out first so I don’t repeat myself 12 times. All of my photos show three coats plus top coat. I have seriously dark VNL, so you’ll see that show through on the blue ones, but most folks should be able to get away with 2 or 3 coats. Every single one applied beautifully and gave no issues during cleanup. Do like!

That was a TON of info and photos, I know. But seriously. They’re great, aren’t they? They’re all available now – you can get the full-sized bottle (15mL) for $14 or a mini (5mL) for $6.50.

While you’re there, be sure to check out the other pretties in her shop. Issa’s got some beautiful holos that I have a mighty need for!

Oh, and moar links!

Thanks for stopping by! I’ll be back here in a little bit with some more goodness that needs to be in your lives.

***The nail polishes mentioned in this post were sent to me in exchange for an honest review and photos, which can be found above.***

  1. I’m loving Phoenix Garnet. Sorry about the puppy. Same thing happened to me several years back. Tore me up. Even when we don’t get to be their mommas anymore, we love them no less.

    1. Exactly! I got the text and I was a complete mess. “Thanks for being a big part of her life” BRING ON THE TEARS
