Hey folks! I’m getting a super late start on these Polish Pickup Posts, but I promise it’s for a good reason. My website has been completely overhauled with the help of Mark and Dustin (one of the nerds that I often reference)! They both put up with me being so incredibly flustered to the point of almost crying but were super willing to help. The frustration was so real. This would not have happened had it not been for them working with me to make this a bit more professional. I’m still tweaking things on the backend, but I am absolutely in love with it. I feel like it’s finally me!

Just like last week, from now until Thursday will be packed with posts because the December Polish Pickup is almost upon us! The theme for the month is Holidays Around the World and there are a TON of pretties.

Rise and Shine Cosmetics is participating again, and they’re back with a beautiful and ethereal shade that just glows. For their holiday, they chose to go with Weihnachten, which is a German Christmas Eve. I attached Courtney’s inspiration photo below as well.

“This is near my heart as I grew up celebrating this holiday. Gifts were exchanged on Christmas Eve, but only after my grandmother rang the crystal bell. The bell was rung to symbolize [that] the Christmas Angel (Cristkind) had brought gifts.”

The Bell Has Rang is described as a clear jelly filled with white flakies, white sparkles, diamond pigment, light gold flakies, and a touch of holographic pigment.

My photos show my VNL, but it looks much more opaque in normal lighting. My photos show just two coats and top coat. I love how glowy it is! It reminds me of the angel that my grandma used for the top of her Christmas tree (which totally fell on me one year because us grandkids were playing in the atrium where we most definitely were not supposed to be).

I also wanted to include this low light photo because here you can really see EVERYTHING that makes up the polish. I’m totally digging the metallic feel of it here!

SO GOOD. The Bell Has Rang will be available for preorder starting on Friday, December 1st at 11am EST. As always, shipping is a flat $3 for the US and Canada, so you won’t have to pay a ton for shipping if you wind up treating yoself to the fullest. For previews and all that good stuff from makers and bloggers, be sure to check out the Polish Pickup Pack on FB.

I’m going to try and get a few more hours of sleep (aka playing Animal Crossing on my phone until I fall asleep with my phone on my face) before I get back up and bombard all y’all with more posts. Thanks for stopping by! I’d love to hear your thoughts on the new layout!

***The product mentioned in this post was sent to me in exchange for a review and photos, which can be found above.***
