Welcome back! I’ve had the chance to get some more sleep, play too much Animal Crossing, and avoid any sort of responsibility. I’m currently searching for keto-friendly veggie sides for dinner and thawing chicken in my cute and comfy pjs. Good stuff, I’d say!
My second post of the day features the ever-awesome LynBDesigns and Jennalyn’s contribution to the December Polish Pickup! With the theme being Holidays Around the World, she chose a delightfully geeky holiday that I am very familiar with.
Towel Day is celebrated every year on 25 May as a tribute to the author Douglas Adams by his fans. On this day, fans openly carry a towel with them, as described in Adams’ The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy or share their folded animal towels to demonstrate their appreciation for the books and the author. The commemoration was first held 25 May 2001, two weeks after Adams’ death on 11 May. (wikipedia)
During my time as a Geek Squad Agent, “don’t forget your towel” was one of the most known and loved phrases we’d often hear, so this makes my heart happy on a whole different level.
Always Know Where Your Towel Is can be described as a medium blue polish with holographic shimmer, a blue to purple shift, as well as a ton of UCC flakies that shift from blue to aqua to purple. The polish goes on super smoothly in two thin coats and dried semi-matte for me (which I’m guessing is because it’s super pigmented), so I topped it with my usual Seche Vite. Those flakies are absolutely beautiful paired with the blue base, my goodness.
Always Know Where Your Towel Is will be available for preorder December 1st at 11am EST through the 4th at 11:59pm EST. The polish will be $12 and there is a cap of 90 for the month, so get your ninja fingers ready!
As usual, shipping is $3 for the US and our neighbors north of the wall.

For all things LynBDesigns:
And that’s that for this post! I’m going to go get dinner going and I should be back in a few hours with another gorgeous Polish Pickup offering. Thanks for stopping by!
