Moonflower Polish | Fall 2017 Holographics

Press samples ahead!

Hey y’all! I am currently nodding off at my desk, waiting for UPS to come by with a new tripod and backdrop holder. Normally they’re here right at 10a. It’s like they know that I’m FINALLY sleepy sleepy and decided to go slowly. I’m not gonna complain, they’re saints for bringing packages almost every day, and they’re all super nice. That, and it’s not like I can’t curl up after the package gets here, right?

While I’m waiting, I figured it’d be the perfect time to show some amazeballs stampable holos to you fine folks! It’s been a few months since  Moonflower Polish has been on my blog with their own post, so I’m here to remedy that. LEHGO!

For the sake of not repeating myself over and over, all 6 of these worked SO well! I used a clear stamper from Bundle Monster, and had great results. All stamping was done over Stamped in Charcoal by Painted Polish and then topped with Seche Vite. My accent finger is one coat of the holo plus top coat. They’re SO ridiculously opaque, it’s awesome!

Cozy Sweater; a gunmetal gray holographic stamping polish with golden shimmer and micro flakes.

Pecans and Caramels; a dark burnt orange holographic stamping polish with golden shimmer and micro flakes.

Cranberry Sauce; a dusty red holographic stamping polish with golden shimmer and micro flakes.

Florida Fall; an olive green holographic stamping polish with golden shimmer and micro flakes.

Corn Maze; a mustard yellow holographic stamping polish with golden shimmer and micro flakes.

Hot Chocolate; a brown holographic stamping polish with golden shimmer and micro flakes.

Overall, I really really like these. My favorite finish when it comes to nail polish is holographic, and I love that I can stamp with these gorgeous colors with added flair. I’m still trying to get the hang of stamping, but these were really easy to work with AND I’m thrilled that I was able to use my clear stamper for placement stamping! But also, can we just touch on how opaque these are over a dark grey?! They are SO giving me life!

These are all available now and you’ve got a few different options to snag them:

  • Full size singles – $9
  • Mini size singles – $5
  • Full size set – $54
  • Mini size set – $30

Nadia, the lovely human behind Moonflower, mentioned that she was having issues with mini bottles a few weeks back as far as being close to out of stock. When I spoke to her last, she noted that she had a few of the minis left to hold her over for now. Looking on the website, they’re still available so that’s super awesome!

I think it might also be worth mentioning that my discount code (non-affiliate) is still active! Be sure to use VELASHAA10 for 10% off any order! Perfect time to grab some of these stampy holos, right?

I’m going to hop off and fuss with the new camera which may result in the eating of feelings. Thanks for stopping by, loves!

They are too hard to see over dark colors like you’ve shown. I wonder how they would look over a beige?

If you go to the website you can see more swatches over both dark and light colors. The intial batch I sent bloggers was not as opaque as I wanted so I made minor adjustments to the current batch that I have for sale .

These all stamp beautifully! They are more opaque than other holo stampers I’ve seen.
