April 2017 Polish Pickup | le polish

Press samples ahead!

Happy April 4rd! I uh. Words are hard for me. Like, at all times. I had copypasta’d a message to the makers I worked with for the Polish Pickup asking which days they’d be okay with, and in doing that, I forgot to swap out 3rd and 4th properly. I didn’t realize it until after I’d sent Allison the message. Bless her heart. She deals with my frazzled self SO well!

Okay, so I’m back again, but super early because my dumbass decided to pick up a 4:30am shift. Like. Y’all, that’s normally my bedtime. Mistakes were so so so so so made. But! At least I’ve got pretty things to share to help keep me awake. Right? Riiiiiiight.

For this glorious Tuesday morning, I’ve got le polish‘s contribution to the April Polish Pickup! If you’d like a bit more info on this project, I’ve got it explained all out in my post from yesterday!

The theme for April’s Polish Pickup is famous works of art, and man, these are all so pretty! Allison chose Jackson Pollock’s Number 30 for her inspiration. Seriously. Looking at the photo, and then look at the polish, she totally nailed it! (hurr hurr)

And now with that in mind, here’s the polish! It’s a nude crelly with white, black, and copper glitters of various sizes. It was damn near opaque in one coat, but I used two to be safe, and then topped it with seche vite. I seriously love love love how this looks with how pale I am! I’d love to see it on darker skintones, I bet the pink that it pulls would be gorgeous on everyone.

Oh! And it’s not textured. HALLELOO Y’ALL.

I mean, foooorreal. This polish is completely spot on, I think! What do y’all think of it?

I’m honestly still swooning over the black shreds in this. They’re perfect!

Number 30 will be available for $10.00 for 15ml starting on April 7th! Remember, shipping for the project is only $3, no matter how many you purchase! This box is neat because you can pick and choose which ones you want but still have them fit within a theme. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s awesome, I think!
