Whoa. You guys. YOU GUYS. November is close to being over! Shoooot, so is 2016. It’s wild how quickly the year went by. I need to get my butt to the grocery store and get stuff to cook… Rather, stuff that I can throw in the slow cooker while I work on Thanksgiving. Eeeeasy peasy!
Oh! And we’re now in the new house! Sure, everything is in boxes and we still have some things at the old place, but this one. It is ours. Makes my heart unbelievably happy. It’s just in time for our anniversary and and and eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! SO HAPPY.
Okay, no more sappy stuff. Well. Not till Monday (just wait, I’m friggen stoked to share something super special with y’all!). For now, though, it’s alllllllllllllllll southern sass.
Anywho. Allison, the lovely lady behind le polish, was chosen as this month’s custom maker for the Facebook group Crazy 4 Crellies. She did an outstanding job, trufax. Y’all know I’m not huge on crellies, but my goodness, I love this one! There’s this gorgeous burgundy shift to the base that’s almost hidden but it’s there, and effing perfect! I’m jazzed that she reached out to have me swatch it.
The group submitted photos of ugly Christmas sweaters as the theme for the month and I kinda want the one that won. The hands just make it for me. TOO GOOD.
Feel the Joy; “a black crelly with silver holo, red, and green glitters – perfect for an ugly sweater party or a non-traditional Christmas mani. Members of the Crazy 4 Crellies group will also receive a fun ugly sweater button!” I was able to capture the shift in my photos, so keep an eye out for that in my photos. Hnnnnng! This also only needed two coats, which is awesome considering it’s a crelly. It’s super densely packed, but settles out wonderfully and dries smooth with one coat of top coat.
This is the button that Allison sent with mine. Y’all. I love it so.
Ugh, just look at those glitters. My goodness.
Feel the Joy is available for preorder now for $10 here through the 30th and will start shipping shortly after. If you’re a member of the C4C group, be sure to leave a note at checkout for the cute button! She’s got a few different designs and they totally fit with the ugly sweater theme, but in the best way possible.
Oh! And my lovebug Kaylyna just posted her review of FtJ here if y’all care to read it!
In addition to the bajillion links above, here’s one more! le polish has a fan group with some lovely customs, shenanigans, and member perks. Be sure to check it out!
What do y’all think of this glitter-packed and festive crelly?
Guess it’s time to head to the wonderful world known as Kroger and drain my bank account. I need an adult. And a million bucks.
***The nail polish above was sent in exchange for an honest review and photos, which can be found above!***
